Key Components
They have ten people on their crisis response team. The Crisis response team is accessible 24 hours per day - 7 days per week. They follow-up on all calls made to them.
Use of traditions or ceremonies
An outside worker targets youth for cultural teachings and coordinates meetings with elders. Traditional ceremonies such as the sweatlodge are incorporated into their program. Religion is also used.
Role of Elders
This community has only a few Elders. These Elders teach a little bit about the culture and provide communal information in daily operations.

They have Youth representative on Chief and Council. The Youth representative finds out what the needs of youth are and then reports this information to Chief and Council for review and action.
Evaluation Design
The team sits down on a regular basis and analyzes and reviews all incidents. They determine if there efforts have met the needs of each incident such as response time. They use forms to help them with their evaluations. These evaluation are done on a consistent basis.
