Objectives
Promoting healthy lifestyles and making healthy choices.
Key Components
Workshops, talent shows, role models programs, dances and the sober walk.
Use of traditions or ceremonies
Community-based healing approach. The youth are taking out to the forest to learn to hunt and to take part in the sweat lodge.
Role of Elders
The Elders teach the culture and conduct traditional ceremonies.
Role of youth
The youth are participate and help to set up the events.
